Duty Dock currently supports BE FORWARD and SBT Japan listing workflows, with manual entry available when a supplier page cannot be read reliably.
Does Duty Dock calculate the duty with AI?
No. The duty calculation is deterministic. Smart assistance may help with extraction and comparison, but it does not invent Customs rates or calculate the tax itself.
Can I use the same account on different devices?
Yes. Your Duty Dock access is tied to your account. Paid entitlements are designed to follow the account rather than a single device.
What if the supplier page misses a vehicle detail?
